    Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery.

    Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible.

    Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat $9.95 shipping fee.

    Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Refer to each product’s specification sheet for specific storage conditions.

    Yes. Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain proper conditions during transit.

    Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research materials, opened products cannot be returned.

    Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

    Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third-party purity and identity testing via HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of Analysis are available for each product.

    All research peptides are verified at ≥98% purity. Most products exceed 99% purity as confirmed by HPLC analysis.
